HealthFit’s approach to family medicine & primary care services
Centura Medical Group HealthFit Family Medicine is a comprehensive medical practice that offers primary care services to patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. In addition to performing routine exams, physicals and vaccinations, our primary care physicians and health providers treat many other common concerns, such as chronic conditions like hypertension and diabetes, injuries, asthma, allergies, and flu or cold symptoms.
At the heart of our approach to family medicine is a belief that lifestyle choices, including diet and exercise, have powerful preventive and healing capabilities. This is why we work one-on-one with patients to examine not only the best medical treatments for their conditions, but also the appropriate holistic solutions that provide long-term well-being.
We also understand that every patient’s situation and goals are different. Our primary care physicians and providers have decades of experience treating patients of all ages. We take the time to listen to each individual, and their guardians if applicable, to truly understand what kind of care would best allow that person to live a more fulfilling, healthy life.
Our goal is to partner with our patients to prevent and treat medical concerns. If we identify patients needing specialized care, we refer out to trusted specialist physicians. Our location on the campus of Castle Rock Adventist Hospital also allows us to easily work with specialty clinics, including radiology and imaging, orthopedic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and more.
